Darlington, Ind July 6 – Funeral
service in memory of Miss Lulu Smith were held this (Thursday) afternoon from
the South Christian Church here, Rev. Mr. Agema officiated. A large number of
friends paid a last tribute to the memory of Miss Smith and there was a
profusion of flowers. Among these were
many from teachers and students in the local schools and members of the class
with whom Miss Smith graduated sent a beautiful tribute. Burial was made in
Greenlawn Cemetery one half mile east of Darlington. - kbz
